Signed Up Online and Haven’t Heard Anything?

What to expect after signing up online:
  1. Confirmation Email: You'll receive this immediately after signing up.
  2. Confirmation Pack: This includes your plan details and rates.

eCommunications: Delivered via email within 2 business days.
Post: Mailed within 5 business days.

Connection timeframes (subject to clear and safe meter access):

Electricity: Connections can occur between 7 am and midnight on your chosen date.

Gas: Meter reads will occur within 3 business days of your requested date.

Switching from another retailer:

You'll receive an email or letter confirming your transfer is complete and billing has commenced.
