Direct Debit

Say goodbye to remembering to pay your bill by the due date, sign up to Direct Debit for your bills to be paid automatically. Simply fill out our form and either scan and email it to info@lumoenergy.com.au or post it back.

Pay Now

Pay your bill via our 24/7 online payment portal. We accept VISA, Amex or MasterCard.

BPay

Using the unique reference number found on your bill, it's easy to make a payment towards your account. To pay via BPay, please call your bank, building society or credit union to make payment from your cheque or savings account or use their online facility.

Phone

Call on 1300 553 615 and pay over the phone with your Credit Card on our 24/7 secure payment line

Mail

Post the payment slip from your current bill with your cheque made payable to Lumo Energy and post to the address shown on the payment slip. 

Australia Post

Take a trip to any Australia Post outlet and present your latest bill to make a payment.

Payment Assistance

If you need more time to pay your bill you may be eligible for an extension or a payment plan. Contact us if you want to discuss further

Centrepay

Customers receiving Centrelink benefits can apply for energy payments to be made via Centrepay. With the Centrepay service, your energy payment amount is automatically paid from your Centrelink benefit towards your Lumo Energy bill. Please call us on 1800 052 440 if you need assistance in opening a Centrepay account and one of our friendly staff will be happy to help.
