Online payment

You can use our simple online payment portal

Direct debit

You can organise direct debit by filling out our easy form. Once you're done, mail it back to the address listed at the bottom of the form.

Phone (credit card payments only)

Call 1300 553 615 twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week to pay via credit card over the phone. Simply have your American Express, Visa or MasterCard ready before you call.


Using the unique reference number found on your bill, it's easy to make a payment. To pay via BPay, please call your bank, building society or credit union to make payment from your cheque or savings account or use their online facility.
