Lumo Energy wins the Inaugural Quality Service Awards
Australian’s voted Lumo Energy as the winner of the inaugural Reader’s Digest Quality Service Award in the category of gas and electricity. The announcement made today, acknowledges its dedication to providing excellent customer service in the highly competitive energy retail market.
Over 1,500 respondents across Australia were asked to rate their most recent customer experience out of ten in the categories of personalisation, understanding, simplicity, reliability and satisfaction. Lumo Energy received an outstanding result, performing better than the industry average in every category resulting in winning the award.
