How to make a payment blog post

In order to make things simpler for our customers, Lumo now has three easy payment options, giving you the flexibility to choose one that suits your lifestyle. In the following we guide you through these options and the process of making a payment.

Where to begin …

Visit the Lumo homepage and select Payment Options in the dropdown menu under Home Energy.

Select your preferred payment method

Once you’re on the Payment Options page, you’ll be given a number of methods of payment to choose from. Click on the arrow next to your preferred payment option for further details.

Option 1

If you have decided to sign up for Direct Debit, you need to download and fill in the form . Once you’ve completed the form, scan it and email it back to us at info@lumoenergy.com.au or mail it to us. 


Option 2

If you would like to pay your bill immediately, select the Pay Now option and pay your bill via Lumo’s 24/7 online portal.

Option 3

Or perhaps you have a BPay facility attached to your bank account or credit card[JM1]  and would like to use this option. If so, you’ll find your unique reference number on your bill as shown below.
