To help raise the profile of the mighty Brussel Sprout, Lumo Energy staff went to Adams Farm to learn more about how this green leafy bulb is grown, farmed, packed and cooked to perfection.  Lumo staff helped pick and pack this vitamin rich veggie.

Adams Farm is situated in the picturesque Coldstream, and it provides sprouts for supermarkets and grocers across Australia.  The farm is a family run business which was founded in 1960, and it is championing this misunderstood veggie by creating some great initiatives to lifts its profile as highlighted in a recent story in The Age.
