Lumo Energy number one for customer satisfactionLumo Energy is delighted to have been awarded the number one position for Electricity for August in the Roy Morgan Customer Satisfaction Awards.
Conducted by polling organisation, Roy Morgan and taken from a sample of 50,000 Australians, the awards determine customer satisfaction for energy retailers, billing and payment convenience, advertising and general satisfaction. They also promote ongoing research of Australian consumers in the Energy sector.

Roy Morgan collects an annual sample across 50,000 Australians in its Single Source survey, and publishes the top five Electricity providers. Lumo Energy was voted as the best of the sample for August 2013.
