What's changed on my new bill?
- Payment options now appear on the front page
- Electricity concessions you receive will appear on the back page under Your Electricity Usage
- Gas concessions you receive will appear on the back page under Your Gas Usage
- If you're a direct debit client, you'll find direct debit details on the back page with your payment slip
